| | | LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Curious Moon Puppets’ headquarters is in Brunswick, GA with additional puppeteers based in Atlanta. We tour throughout Georgia, Northern Florida, South Carolina, and Eastern Alabama.
Curious Moon Puppets provides professional quality, original puppet shows and puppet making workshops for all ages and venues. On this site, you will find information about our shows, puppets and workshops, as well as background on our company and puppeteers.
HISTORY:
In 2000, Curious Moon Puppets was founded in Atlanta, GA by Evy Wright and Reay Kaplan. Evy Wright became sole owner and operator of the company in 2007. No dramatic story, Reay just needed more time for family and other projects, and she still performs for Curious Moon Puppets when her schedule allows.
In September 2007, Evy and her family relocated to Brunswick, GA bringing the company’s headquarters and workshop with her. Curious Moon’s puppet shows were always available to schools, libraries, and festivals throughout the southeast, but now Curious Moon is also available for all venues including birthday parties and daycare centers in and around Savannah, Brunswick, and Jacksonville, FL.
